Kenneth Kimmel, the home inspector for Magnolia Home Inspections, has years of experience in the building industry, specializing in Quality Control. Until recently, Kenneth has been the Quality Control manager for a large construction company in the Atlanta area. Prior years, Kenneth worked as a Project Manager for an engineering company performing Quality Control inspections. Kenneth Kimmel has lived his adult life in Cherokee County Georgia for over 40 years. Him and his wife Lynda lives within the city limits of Canton, enjoying their latest home for the past six years. Kenneth enjoys spending quality time with the grandchildren, and there are eight all together. Kenneth's father taught him and his brother home construction as they were growing up, amongst many other trades, teaching the correct building techniques and passing on knowledge, emphasizing that it must be done correctly. Those teachings carried on with both brothers, instilling within them a sense on doing it correct the first time. Kenneth spent over twenty years with an engineering company as a Quality Control Manager/Project Manager. For the past five years Kenneth worked for a large construction firm in Atlanta as the Quality Control Manager for a high-profile construction project. with multiple facets of construction. Kenneth knows how important Quality is in a project and now he is using this knowledge to perform home inspections.
